WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY ? WHY ?

Happiness is very hard to define. Happiness may be simply
understood as the state of being happy, enjoying what one wishes for. There are many people who feel happy when they have a lot of money, physical beauty, or social prominence. But in my opinion, there are three things make me happy : having a good friend, having free time to read book and having good healthy because of following resons :

First, someone said that “ You are a happy person if you can make a lot of good friends in your long life ”. I think it’s true to me. I am very happy when I have a good friend. Her name is Nga . She is a person I can go to whenever I have a problem. She often cheers me up even when I am very depressed. Beside that, she always gives me a lot of useful advices which help me overcome difficulties in my life. Moreover, I also feel happy when I go out with her. Sometimes, Nga and I go shopping or eat and drink together.

Second, I feel happy if I have free time to read book . Books are one of my mental foods. They broaden my knowledge in various fields such as science, economy and fashion. Beside that, books can take me to remote places by describing to me their geography, their people’s culture and way of life. So reading book helps me to travel without having to make expensive trips. Furthermore, there are many social evils at the outside . Thus, I think that we should stay at home and read book in free time is safe.

Third, good health will make me happy because I can earn my living and I will have money to help my family. In addition, I can also buy something which I like. Moreover, good health helps me to look after my family and my friends if they are sick.

In short, happiness, like love, justice or ideal, is an abstract notion. But for me, happiness may be simply is to have a good friend, do what I like in free time and have good health to enjoy my life and help everyone./.
